Larry Gates
owner/engineer/producer
Larry has had a long successful career in the music industry. He has worked with such luminaries as Carole King, Desmond Child, Richie Havens, Dion, Bob James, Michael Brecher, Dr. Billy Taylor, Herbie Hancock and many more.
Along with long-time collaborator Larry Hochman (multiple Clio and Gold award winner, and 2002 Tony award nominee), Larry has written, produced and engineered hundreds of national jingles and underscores, amassing a stunning 23 Clio awards to date. Such jingles include Toys R Us, Nestea, American Express, Hasbro and Burger King, just to name a few.
More recently, Larry Gates has produced and recorded albums for a variety of artists such as Jerry Vivino with Lou Soloff (Jazz), Jim Lord (Folk/Rock), Gary Guzio with Jerry Niewood (Jazz) and Shoshana Caploe (Inspirational pop featuring Paul Shaffer). He has also mixed and mastered some 80+ albums including chart-topping albums from Israeli vocal sensation Dedi, and The Chevra.
He has also mixed the music for a number of motion pictures and TV shows and has produced and mixed sound for live events at the Metropolitan Opera House and other major venues.

Mario Costabile

Mario is both a successful musician and business entrepreneur. The owner and President of three New Jersey Entertainment companies, Mario Costabile, continues to create a consistent stream of successes in film, recording, music publishing and family life. His most recent success story is the current #1 most viewed music video on MTVMusic.com Top 100. The Boom Boom Dance video featuring new dance group sensation, Chitlins, produced and directed by Costabile, made a skyrocketing climb the first 4 days after it appeared on the site up to #1 and has remained in the top 10 for over 5 months.
Mario has also produced a number 1 Single on CRW's Christian Radio, "I need an angel" for Sacred Road, a new band released through The Vine Records/Universal Music.
Mario continues to produce and direct all of the Yamaha concert series, featuring premiere Yamaha artists, such artists include Phil Woods (Soloist for Billy Joel’s “Just The way you are”), well known studio musician, Randy Brecker, and Jeff Coffin of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones. The series is recorded in New York City and edited at the Sonic Park /Vee Studios. It’s distributed worldwide on Yamaha’s DVD releases and web sites. His experience spans the gamut of television’ s SiFi show “Stargate Atlantis” to PBS documentary “House of Cards” along with a promotional video for “A Jew Grows in Brooklyn” an Off Broadway show in NYC. His recording and music video productions are diverse including Israeli’s top recording artists, The Chevra, Menucha, the Yeshva Boys choir and Eli Gerstner. He is now extending out to his own family as he develops The Costa Crew, as a new family band while his son Paul, launches his own TV late Night Show , Gorilla Late Night.
With Mario's expertise, Sonic Park can offer complete video production capability from multi-camera shoots to the final editing process. As an audio engineer/producer, Mario has recorded and mixed many of the top bands and songwriters in the metro area. He has also engineered the last three albums by guitar legend Bucky Pizzarelli.

Phil Ludwig
owner/ engineer/produce
Phil has distinguished himself over the last 30 years as a top-notch recording engineer and musician (bass player) who delivers great sound and provides an easygoing atmosphere that helps artists deliver great performances. Phil’s recording credits involve artists such as – Randy Brecker, Dave Samuels, Mike Manieri, Mark Levine, Kenny Barron, Robin Eubanks, Phil Woods, Steve Gadd, Will Lee, Richard T, Ronnie Cuber, Dave Stryker, Shawn Pelton, Lalah Hathaway, Carol King, Eijiro Nakagawa, and
John Tropea, just to name a few.
Many of Phil’s specialties are in jazz recordings, as well as voiceover to film ‘Stargate Atlantis’ both in the studio and live. A few examples are – Yamaha Artist Series in NYC, recording live-location concerts in India and England, concert series in NJ featuring Pat Guadagno and flutist Mark Weinstein with Romero Lubambo and Nilson Matta. Also Cuban artists such as Pedrito Martinez, Mauricio Herrera, and Alex Tosca Laugart.
One of Phil’s most recent productions is an artist by the name of Adrienne Shamszad from California. This album was recorded, mixed and mastered by Phil and
features world-renowned jazz tabla player, Badal Roy, and some of the aforementioned
